We offer in-store computer repair service to both personal and business clients. Our services include virus and spyware removal, system crashes, Windows errors, and more. Whatever your problem may be, we can help.

Repairs are completed on a first come, first serve basis and repair times may vary depending on demand. Please ask a technician when you drop off your system for an approximate service time or contact noahs.ark@eastlink.ca for more information.

Priority Charge
Priority repairs must be dropped off before 2:00PM, if you drop off a repair after 2:00PM it will not be considered dropped off until the next business day.

Data Backup
Data Backup covers multiple files or folders (This will be at the discretion of the Technician). We do not guarantee any data backup, please make sure you backup your files before bringing your computer in for service. We are not liable for lost information or business due to lost information.

Important Information About Repairs
- If you want us to install/re-install your copy of Windows (Any version), you are required to provide a legitimate Windows Product Key. This means no serial numbers on burned CD's or written on paper.

- Any equipment (Hardware or Software) left at our repair shops for sixty days after notification of service being complete or partially complete shall be considered abandoned and become the property of Noah's Ark and sold or discarded.

- We do not provide warranty on systems assembled by the customer that are defective as a result of installation by the customer. You will be charged the Flat Rate Service Charge.

- Software problems, including but not limited to, virus infection, spyware and corrupt installations are not part of any Noah's Ark CMM's warranty.

Pick-Up Service
Noah's Ark CMM offers a pick-up service for computer repair. We will pick-up your broken PC and return to the shop where we will repair it under our normal in-shop repair fees. A flat $10 pick-up/delivery fee will be added to your bill for this service. The repaired PC will then be returned to you. This service is ideal for systems that require data backup. All repairs must be paid in full prior to delivery. Area of pick-up is limited to a 20km radius of our shop in Bedford
